Central Arkansas Women’s Clinic participates in many insurance programs. Please verify with our office that we are a provider with your insurance company. Please assist us in billing your insurance company by providing full information to the registration staff when you check-in

Our facility is staffed with personnel trained to file claims with many insurance companies. Qualified staff will meet with you on your first visit to answer any billing questions you may have.

On your first visit, our clinic requires payment in full. If your insurance is through a PPO or HMO with which the clinic is a participating provider, you will only need to pay your co-payment. On subsequent visits, you will only be responsible for your co-payments – or your co-insurance of 20% - provided your deductible has been met. Special arrangements are available on an individual basis. If such arrangements may be necessary, please contact our office prior to your visit.
